I had a delightful stay in a cozy Standard Double Room. The owners were incredibly welcoming, making my trip feel special. Although the attached restaurant didn't offer breakfast, the clean room and friendly service made up for it. I can't wait to return next year!

Hillside Inn offered an affordable and spacious room very close to Newport State Park, which was perfect for my work trip. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, particularly Rochelle, who was helpful during check-in. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the availability of an extra blanket, something that is often not provided in many hotels.

Staying here for one night in a Standard Double Room was memorable. Early check-in was a blessing, thanks to the exceptionally kind front desk staff. The charm of the 70’s ambiance was refreshing, and the cleanliness of the room stood out. I appreciated the availability of hot water for tea in the lobby, but I didn’t find any onsite dining options during my short visit.

We were so glad we picked this motel for us + our 2 toddlers. The motel's exterior had this cozy charm, and the 70's style lobby brought back memories – it was just like stepping back in time. Plus, the owner was there to greet us + she gave us great dinner recommendations that really hit the spot. Walking to the public beach + playground across the street was a breeze and our kids loved it!
It was kind of pricey, but the location made it worth it.

Hillside Inn felt like a delightful throwback to the 70s, with a cozy lobby that sparkled like a disco ball at a prom. The room was spacious and cleaner than my kitchen after a spring cleaning frenzy! Plus, having a beach and playground right across the street was a cherry on top for my toddlers, who turned into little fish at the beach!
